Hello and happy Friday to all of my friends, family, and followers. I am sad to report that the flu bug hit our house pretty hard at the start of the week, and today is the first day I'm starting feel a bit like myself again. I must apologize for being a bit M.I.A this week . :-(
If you haven't been able to stop by your local pharmacy for a flu shot I strongly recommended it ASAP.I hope all of you have a beautiful weekend and I will be sure to catch up with you first thing Monday!
Now it is back to my yummy bowl of tomato soup, electric blanket, and a good book.

Vino Vaquero

The sun is shinning, cattle grazing, and the potential seems endless on this beautiful California Tuesday, and I am looking for a bit of adventure. I think a bit of wine and a little western style TLC are definitely in order as this week is coming to an end.
Vino Vaquero takes the average Santa Ynez Valley wine tasting experience and adds a bit of a country flare twist. Ride through Fess Parkers family ranch and vineyards. Explore the vast acreage of the ranch that offers spectacular 360 degree views of the Santa Ynez valley. After your ride, make your way to the tasting room to taste eight wines from the Fess Parker vineyards.
Make sure to log on to their website to view all of their fabulous trail ride options today! Yeee hawww! xo

Vacation Is A Beautiful Thing
I am officially back and half way rested from my wonderful winter vacation. I had no idea what a true adventure this trip would become when I first embarked on this journey with my sweetheart.
Through sleet and snow we arrived to and from safely taking home beautiful memories to carry us on through the new year. So when life gives you the choice to sit it out or dance in 2012, I sure hope you dance my fellow country girls. Change is a good thing!
Now, time to get back on the grind and finish out the last of this short work week with a bang. New Years resolutions anyone? xo
